Gen Con Delay on Requests

Thank you for contacting Asmodee North America’s Customer Service and Parts Replacement Department. We appreciate your inquiry and are happy to do all we can to help fulfill your request as needed.

This time of year, requests will have a slightly longer delay then our normal time frames. All requests during the week of August 1 – August 7 will be delayed due to the majority of our company representing Asmodee North America at the 2016 Gen Con convention in Indianapolis, IN. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but hope you understand. We look forward to seeing our customers in person and hope you will be there!

Instructions for submitting a request

  1. Starting at the top, please enter your information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
  2. Begin typing the title of your game, and select it from the dropdown menu when it appears.
    • New fields will be revealed after selecting a game, where you can indicate the part you need and describe your issue.
    • If you have several requests, you may continue to add additional entries in the same manner.
  3. (Optional) Upload a photo to help illustrate your parts request.
  4. Click "Send Request". We will confirm your request by email, along with a web address where you may check the status of your request.
